And we've ALL got to start somewhere... the first time I ever "shared" a home-makeover - online - was when HGTV had launched the Rate My Space online community. At the time, I was working full-time as the Visual Director at JCP, Aventura FL -- but on the weekends, I'd do home improvement makeovers. I was especially passionate about the makeovers & sharing because it was our (my) first home. The most viewed makeover I shared was called Cash Cab - inspired by a photo my husband shot in NYC the day before we got married. The room was not only featured on one of HGTV's first PodCasts (hosted by designer Angelo Surmelis) the room I posted was also one of three inspirations for a homeowner getting a makeover from Angelo on the TV Show rate My Space.
