Last year for fall, I kept it pretty simple and just added a pop of orange to our existing gray, black and white decor. Although many of you have inspired me for this years installment - here's a look at what I did last year...

It's funny sometimes to look back at the pictures because I'll forget what I did, while trying to remember and redo, and see the picture and go,"oh yeah (scratch head) that's what I did...
(getting old suxs)

It was kind of styled like wearing the colors of camo today without the print - the fall colors are there, and it was just understood. The main decor was in the dining space with skully and his friends...

Gotta bring back out the PB birch candles...
I love their color and texture...

This wall sure has changed in the past year :)

Gotta love that Comcast screen saver!
Not many fireplaces in Florida - especially goin' when
it's still in the 90's outside!!

The styling of the unit is already different this year - with all the added books, and many of these white pieces are up in the office (the blogging "think tank")

This was the dining space after spook...

Neutralized and ready to take in Holiday.

I think I'm going to bring back the leaning mirror in here, but I'd like to add lettering or a silhouette to it this year. We're going up to Georgia this weekend to visit family for a few days... I'm looking forward to capturing some new shots of landscapes and horses, which will be a nice (and personalized) addition to setting fall this year (next week when we come back).

I hope you enjoyed some modern fall inspiration...
