THE LIVING ROOM

The Living Room is not what you think. It's actually a great local spot in Chandler Arizona. The hubs and I went to The Living Room last evening for a few celebratory drinks & appetizers for my birthday. I love the look of the exterior structure: A white exterior framed with palm trees and a beautiful terracotta barrel tile roof, which very much reminded me of places in Miami. The exterior lounge areas were softened with swags of orange outdoor panels and two beautiful Mexican tiled pottery urns welcomes patrons at the front entry. It's newly restyled outdoor lounge area (by local designer Heather Sanders) had a fun playful mix of patterns and pillows which took me back to South Beach! Although it was quiet (because it was a weekday) the place celebrates a cool vibe hosting wine tastings and is a perfect spot for a bridal shower. The service was friendly, fast and attentive (we actually met & chatted with the owner Ryan for a bit!). The food? Yum! It was fresh and delicious - we ordered tomato & basil bruschetta served on a rustic wood cutting board plus turkey pinwheels (filled with fresh greens, apples and walnuts!) And for drinks, what else could I order to go with this Miami feel but a Skinny Mojito!

So enjoyed The Living Room's relaxed & comfortable atmosphere plus simply-prepared & flavorful food — like these pinwheels! They also serve a variety of bruschettas, sliders, and seasonal salads...

LOVED the wallpaper and lighting...

Cheers to a little Miami flavor here in  the South West!
