HOLIDAY THRIFT EXTRAVAGANZA!

Goodwill's GONE GLAM! And glam goods can also be found at the Salvation Army, Faith Farm Thrift Ft. Lauderdale, and a local church thrift shops as well. For holiday decor, stylish fashions, gifts to give, DIY to make or even setting an event for a New Year's Eve celebration ~ don't overlook the power of thrift. It's a great source to dress yourself, dress your table and dress your nest - all without breaking your budget. Here's a few of the latest thrift finds I've spotted...

Goodwill - Can't forget the men!

Goodwill - stylish kids digs too!

Goodwill - Glamorous mirrored lamp & black shade ~ only $25
(no - I did not pick up this find ~ just admired it from afar lol)

Salvation Army - On Wacky Wednesday,
this was HALF OFF!!

If it's too much for you to wear, it could also be used to cover a chair seat,
and make neckroll pillows from the sleeves.

Pretty find at Faith Farm Thrift...
but can also be the inspiration for another thrifted find...

These sconces were only $7.99 ea and on sale for 25% off.
Add some crystals, or glass icicles, or even use crystal chandelier earrings and you can recreate the look of the lamp pictured above. Easy add of gold to most any decor (yes - these I did scoop up!)

Also picked up these glass balls for $1

And fell in LOVE with the clean lines of this bowl for only $4...

It matches the lines of a Tiffany bowl our Realtor gave us when we moved in.
I used both on the end tables this year for my holiday decor.

Salvation Army ~ Buyer beware ~ some items are too pricey,
but on Wacky Wednesday's they could be 25% - 50% off.

Great to add a touch of gold to your holiday table.

I spotted vintage gold details up at Faith Farm in Ft. Lauderdale...

Great to mix into a modern tablestyle...

More transitional style gold details spotted at Salvation Army....

I passed these up (and kick myself that I did!) ~ they could have been great to display on a mantel or bookshelf with a collection of  bottle brush trees or small evergreen clippings.

$5 find at Faith Farm...

yes... $5.
Can't you just see this in high gloss white, red, black??
or even this years hot trend: GOLD!!

These cane chairs were already dressed in
black velvet and gold at Faith Farm Thrift!

Speaking of Thrift... Don't forget to visit the thrift collaboration:
before it ends next week!

Happy Holiday Thrifting Thursday!
