It's that time of year again - Time for the Fall Furniture Market! Since moving here to NC, I've been fortunate enough to be able to attend High Point Market for the past TEN years! Many high-end showrooms since then have relocated, remodeled, and expended their space (such as Century, Highland House, Caracole, and Bernhardt) while others have relocated but also re-imagined their space as a more collaborative environment, such as Schwung Home moving to 313 Space last fall. There have also been a few unfortunate closures, such as EJ Victor, as well as Bradburn Home Gallery, which hit a little harder for me because I had been biannually merchandising & styling their showroom since 2019 - but the furniture market continues to be the fashion week for design in the home industry, here in High Point, NC.
The brightest category that has continued to grow through the industry's ups & downs is Vintage & Antiques -- In fact, the Antique & Design Center will be celebrating its FIFTEENTH year at market, which I'm so excited to attend and share with you over on my Instagram @fpsinteriors. Along with ADCHP, I'll also be touring & sourcing at my two other favorite hunting spots: Chelsea On Green and 214 Modern Vintage.
